VTAC Drill:

  1. Set up three targets one yard apart from each other. These targets represent different threats.

  2. Stand five yards away from the targets with your handgun at the low-ready position (pointed downrange but not aimed at the targets).

  3. Begin the drill by quickly engaging each target with the specified number of shots in a specific order:

    • Fire one shot at the left target.
    • Fire two shots at the middle target.
    • Fire three shots at the right target.
  4. Transition back to the middle target and fire four shots.

  5. Finally, transition to the left target and fire five shots.

  6. The goal is to complete the entire drill within five seconds or less while maintaining accuracy. This emphasizes both speed and precision in target engagement.
